I booked only because the description says: " park available on site, 15 euro" for a surprise, there IS NO PARKING, I had to park in another place, carry my luggage and paid 40 euro.

Nice clean hotel in good location

Hotel in a good location next to Navigl canal area, 20 mins walk from Duomo. Clean and bright with a good breakfast selection and very helpful reception staff. Slightly noisy as it is next to a McDonalds and tram stop, but the sound proofing is pretty effective. We enjoyed our stay there

The hotel was ok. But there was a particular male staff who was not nice and it appeared he was profiling. He wasn’t helpful atall and had a terrible attitude. This is particular to that staff because for the same issue another staff had a completely different approach and offered a seamless solution. I would not recommend this hotel because of this.
