I like that the hotel is near the bus station and pretty close to the Duomo. I did not like that the hotel and the site does not specify all the taxes from the bigining. The clients will pay extra fees for the towels and sheets and city taxes, so expect to pay 20 euro or so/ person, for 3 nights. Is not very much 20 euro but you don't want to pay more then you expected...

Hei, Vi hadde et opphold på tre dager, men vi er ikke fornøyd med noe som helst. Personalet var veldig ubehagelige. Rommene var ikke ryddige, og vi hørte støy fra andre rom. Hotellets tilstand var generelt dårlig. Vi fikk ikke lov til å kjøre bilen til inngangen av hotellet for å hente bagasjen vår og måtte gå 200 meter fra bilen ved gateparkeringen. Derimot fikk taxier kjøre inn, noe som er veldig merkelig. Vi kommer aldri til å dra tilbake til dette hotellet igjen.

Prenotazione annullata senza avviso.

Al mio arrivo mi era stato detto che la mia prenotazione era stata annullata in quanto l'albergo non riusciva ad effettuare l'addebito con la carta di credito - il tutto senza nemmeno contattarmi (avevano il mio numero di cellulare ed e-mail) per avvisarmi del problema, al quale si sarebbe potuto ovviare fornendo un'altra carta di credito. In ogni caso sul posto sono stati proattivi nel trovare una soluzione e nel proporre una camera alternativa. Pulizia e arredo generale delle camere buono.
