Property is relatively good for the area. Really close to the station. Never met Vito in person (the receptionist landlord) but I was able to get into the property late at night due to delays in transport. The room was clean but one downside was that the lock was hard to open and that there was no soap in the shower room.

Beware

Comfort and cleanliness of the hotel was more than acceptable. However, my room had been overbooked which I later discovered was due to a couple who had booked a longer stay and at twice the price!! Was asked to show up at the original hotel the following evening where I would be "personally" transferred to the alternative hotel for my second and last night. Just to rub salt into the wound on arrival at the hotel and I was asked to go and have dinner as the proprietor was busy collecting the two guests, that were taking my room, from the Airport. At 10.30 pm I finally arrived at the new hotel and with no other option due to the time and availability I am obliged to sleep in a room which would struggle to obtain a 1star rating. Not What I had booked and certainly not what I had paid for. Beware, if you are asked to transfer to another hotel make sure a suitable replacement hotel is available before checking out, an important lesson learnt.

Nunca conocimos a nadie en recepción

El hotel es bueno, está limpio al llegar, pero nunca vimos a una persona. Al llegar había una puerta con llave, y tuve que pedir ayuda al comercio de al lado que llamó al muchacho de la recepción. Nos abrieron en remoto y por teléfono nos dijeron que tomáramos las llaves del cuarto. Entramos y estaba bien, pero no fueron a asear el cuarto ni tirar basura. Tienes que llegar por tren al hotel porque los taxis están carísimos, más de 150 euros

El hotel está bien en general. Cerca de la estación Rho.Sin embargo él punto negativo es que el encargado nunca está , entonces la puerta está cerrada. Si se necesita algo hay que estarlo llamando por teléfono para que llegue a abrir, o sea hay que tener línea de teléfono Italiana para poder llamar además de hablarle en Italiano, sino , NO hay forma de comunicarse, pero llega rápido.
