4/5 Good

"I did not realize this motel is located so close to a noisy highway until I arrived there. Most of the rooms are facing the highway, except for a handful rooms at the rear. The lady receptionist, Mary was extremely helpful. Mary let me have a room on level 2 at the rear, away from the noisy highway. As there is no elevator in the building, Mary carried my large suitcase up to level 2, and into my room. The room is clean and spacious. The other 2 staff, Peter and Daniel were very friendly too. I needed to check out 2 nights earlier, and received no refund; this is ok. I am not sure if I would stay here again, as there is no guarantee that I would be able to get a room away from the noisy highway again."
