This home is in the heart of the town of Middlebury and within walking distance to college, downtown and grocery stores. It is perfect for just two people or a large group or family. Completely remodeled in December 2020, it has an amazing fully equipped commercial kitchen, A/C on all floors, 3 large bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a great gathering and living space and great front porch and back deck.

So many amenities are within 20 minutes of our location:
Golf - Ralph Myhre and Neshobe
Hiking - Snake Mountain and Branbury State Park
Water - Lake Dunmore (8 miles away - we also have another property right on this lake)
Skiing - Middlebury Snowbowl

We love to gather and make memories and we have designed this space to be comfortable and inviting.

The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms, and a balcony or patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.
