The host seemed to be attentive, but failed to repair any of the items listed. These items should have been detected well before my arrival, especially since three appliances (dishwasher, disposal, and oven) were not working. I reported that the refrigerator ice maker was not working. That was not corrected during my stay. The host asked me to inspect the oven by checking the electrical breaker. After scouring the entire unit for the electrical panel, I finally discovered it was behind a full-length mirror. I removed the mirror from the wall and inspected the panel. No breakers were tripped, so I tripped the oven breaker and reset it. The oven began to work after a few minutes. I then replaced the mirror and furniture back in its place. After discovering issues with all appliances, I found that the floor coverings were very dirty. I texted the host, and they sent someone out to vacuum carpets and mop the dirty ceramic tile floors. Additionally, my wife got out a blanket to use, only to find out it was dirty and covered in others' hair. The host was fairly responsive to texts, but I didn't see any corrections during my stay. They asked me, again, to be on-site between the hours of 3-4 pm Saturday. I had already stayed the day prior for a maintenance person, where nothing was resolved in 2 hours. Apparently, the host has inspection issues. The likelihood of all appliances needing repairs at the same time is highly unlikely. I have requested a refund. To date, no response.
