Very bad check-in experience. I booked because of VIP access but I was not offered anything. No greeting at the check-in, he didn't ask how many keys, he didn't even ask if I need parking access. Other guys is hidden behind a huge piller and you can see the first guy is on the phone and point me to go to the next counter. Very disappointed, not coming here again and also not getting VIP access hotel.

I just make this statement for now. He had to make a sacrifice between plugging in the refrigerator for the TV. You can have both at the same time. And staff felt a little course.

Overall it was just okay, nothing spectacular. The hotel is outdated, elevators were dirty, doors full of hand prints and smears of something. The room itself was okay, carpet is old, smells a little musky. Alexis, the bartender, was very nice and attentive but the other staff was aloof.
