We loved the property. The room was great. The views were amazing! The only issues we had were the coffee pot did not work properly, would fight with it every morning just to get it to work and then the coffee would not be hot. The TV was a pain to work. It would not stay connected to the Internet. While our personal devices stayed connected without issue, the tv would get disconnected constantly and we would spend more time trying to reconnect it than we did actually watching tv. Was very frustrating.

The studio was exactly what we needed for the long weekend. It was comfortable, easy and safe to get in and out of. Definitely a great location for that area of Coconut Grove. We hope to return next year.

This property is dangerous and badly maintained. The owner offered a refund if I moved out as he could not provide a safe, clean property. He then refused to refund after I paid for a room in a nearby hotel. Day 1 the metal safe fell off the wall as I unpacked into the wardrobe. Over the following week the toilet cistern jammed on and flooded the apartment, twice. The room is small and the large fridge old so that the compressor is very noisy. The balcony, which is tiny, was filthy and unusable. A dishonest owner and poor maintenance means this should be avoided.

We had a great stay here. The location is really good, free parking in the garage. Coconut Grove is a beautiful area with loads of nice eateries and a lovely vibe. Pool was great, not busy and the apartment was clean, spacious and with a great view from the balcony.

The location was great, staff were very helpful, lobby area very tastefully appointed. We had booked a sea view room but there was a problem with that apartment, so we has to take a city view, we were quite disappointed but we did get a refund of 1 night and a $30 coupon for the Green Market restaurant.

Good room despite not being part of the hotel. I had never stayed at a vacation rental and changing the sheets and towels seemed overpriced. We had an issue with the A/C and water on the floor, but the engineer of the hotel fixed it the same night. I did not like that when we asked about the light in the closet, they told us it was the owner’s responsibility and they only fixed the A/C “as a favor.” We paid for a service and fixing something so important as the A/C is somebody’s responsibility, not a favor. It seems they need more communication with the hotel to share the responsibilities. It was nice to find a gift card for a restaurant and the bottle of champagne, those were great details. The location is perfect! Walkable and lots of things to do around.

Nice apartment noisy stay

The place is nice overall, but the main issue is the noise from the elevators. If you don’t mind hearing the elevators going up and down all night, then I’d recommend it. However, if noise is a concern, this might not be the best option. Additionally, there was a fire alarm going off in the hallway and another apartment that needed a battery change. I asked someone to turn it off, but it wasn’t addressed until the following day. Aside from these issues, everything else was fine.

Fantastic Stay at Coconut Grove

We had an amazing experience at iCoconutGrove, in Coconut Grove, Miami. The location is unbeatable—the best in the Grove. The room was spotless, well-equipped, and secure, and being within a hotel meant access to great amenities like the gym and pool. Free parking was a huge bonus for Miami, and they even included a $30 gift card to Greenstreet Cafe, an iconic brunch spot nearby. Overall, it’s incredible value for money and the perfect place to stay in the Grove. Highly recommended!
