Wohnung liegt an einer Durchgangsstraße. Viel Lärm. Auch in der Nachbarschaft war es oft laut.Wohnung schön groß, die Sessel und Sofas durchgesessen. Rasen ungepflegt und trocken. Vermieter war aber sehr nett und freundlich.

Schöne großzügige Wohnung in sehr guter Lage

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnung, aber alles ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. An einigen Stellen müsste wieder einmal etwas investiert werden. Sehr gute Lage an einer recht befahrenen Strasse in Obermais, der Verkehr ist immer präsent.

Schöne Lage aber sehr renovierungsbedürftig

Grundsätzlich hatten wir einen tollen Urlaub, die Lage der Unterkunft und die Nähe zum Ort sind ein großer Pluspunkt. Leider ist im Appartment wirklich einiges mehr als renovierungsbedürtif. Wir sind mit den Betten zusammengebrochen, die Kühlschranktür ist mehrfach abgefallen, die Gartenstühle waren auch schon geflickt bzw sind unter uns zusammengefallen. Die Polstermöbel im Wohnzimmer haben ihre besten Zeiten schon lange hinter sich, wenn jemand auf der Schlafcouch hätte nächtigen müssen wäre ein neuer Rücken ein Muß. Der Kontakt zum Hausmeister war dafür sehr nett- wir haben ihn ja häufig wegen der Reparaturen gesehen. Er war total bemüht und hat schnell Abhilfe geschaffen. Trotzdem war es ärgerlich.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr günstig. Wir haben alles so vorgefunden wie beschrieben. Die Möbel sind allerdings schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und sollten auf jeden Fall vom Vermieter zum Teil repariert werden. Aber im Großen und Ganzen haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in der wir 14 Tage mit 2 Shiba Inu einen herrlichen Urlaub hatten

Wir waren vom 17. 6. bis 1. 7. mit 4 Personen in der Wohnung, zu unserer Freude fanden wir die Wohung so vor, wie es die Fotos auf der Internetseite zeigen, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete, sehr geräumig, trotzdem verbrachten wir die meisten Stunden auf der großen Terrasse - Frühstück/ Abende- unsere 2 Shiba Inu konnten sich im kleinen Garten frei bewegen, dabei darf man ganz und gar nicht den Eindruck haben, dass dies ausschließlich eine Wohnung für Hundefreunden ist, im Gegenteil man spürt es nicht, dass in dieser Wohnung gelegentlich auch Hunde Gäste sind. Gemäß Angebot können in der Whg 6 Personen übernachten, wir waren 4 Personen, nach unserem Eindruck dürfte es mit 6 Personen ungemütlich werden. Wir haben den Vermieter darf hingewiesen, dass wir in der Küche folgendes vermissten: Toster, Wasserkocher, Kaffeautomat- nur Espressokocher vorhanden- und in der Dusche eine Ablage für Duschmittel. Aber das wars denn auch, alles okay, Und die hervorragende Lage gleicht es aus, zum Sandplatz- Zentrum Meran- nur 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Langschläfer sollten allerdings die Fenster geschlossen halte, da der Verkehrslärm auf dem Via Winkel gerade am frühen Morgen doch sehr störend wahrgenommen werden könnte Reiner Ukena Norddeich Deutschland
