Detached holiday home for 5 people. Located on the Spanish border, the GR 10 trail passes in front of the cottage. Labach de Melles is a mountain hamlet at the end of the road, at the start of the GR 10, which passes in front of the house. Access can be difficult, especially in winter when the road is snowy (the last section is not cleared). Magnificent mountain views. You will be 4 km from the Spanish border, a 45-minute drive from the famous Spanish ski resort of Baqueira, and 20 minutes from Mourtis, Saint-Béat, and the Pyrénées-Hô adventure park in Cierp-Gaud. Ground floor: living room with kitchenette, shower room, and toilet. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed (140cm) + cot) (1 double bed (140cm) + 1 single bed (90cm). Electric heating. A small public parking lot is located 30 meters away, subject to availability. 2 terraces, 1 independent furnished shed. Internet access. Pets allowed. Unfenced exterior. Detached house with direct access to the GR10 and magnificent mountain views, 15 minutes by car from Spain and Saint-Beat
