Chalet René Sens is a true haven of peace for all those looking for calm and proximity to nature, in this small hamlet in the heart of the Pyrenees. This gîte is ideally located for hiking enthusiasts or for sporty cyclists doing the Route des Cols. It offers stunning mountain and valley views. A parking area is reserved a few meters from the gîte, at the entrance to the hamlet. Pets not allowed. Non-smoking house. Around the cottage, you can easily go to the Mourtis ski resort (skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, mountain activities, etc.) 8km away, to the remarkable Aspet market 12km away (swimming pool, tennis, shops), in Saint-Béat and Lake Géry 20km away, or in Montréjeau (lake, swimming, golf), Bagnères-de-Luchon (thermoludicism) or Bossost in Spain, 40km away. The owners, Olivier and Anne-Laure, recently renovated this chalet while paying particular attention to the materials used, the production of renewable energy and the comfort of their guests, without neglecting the decoration, which is both warm and trendy! When you return from your mountain getaways, plan time to enjoy the Nordic bath outside! You will access the gîte via a few steps: On the first level: entrance, living room with fitted kitchen, dining area and lounge (wood stove, connected TV), very small bedroom with 1 90cm single bed, separate WC. On the half-landing: access to the terrace (Nordic bath) and the garden. On the second level: WC, laundry room (washing machine and dryer), bathroom (bath), 1 attic bedroom for 2 people with 1 160cm bed, 1 attic bedroom for 2 people with 2 90cm beds (possibility of pair them up), small reading room (library). Electric heating (electricity produced by photovoltaic panels) and wood stove, Internet access (Wifi connection). Renovated barn in a mountain hamlet, with breathtaking views of the Pyrenean peaks, terrace and Nordic bath/jacuzzi and small 2x3m swimming pool!

The vacation home features a kitchen and space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a private pool and a washing machine.
