The host, was easy to communicate with, although there was some disorganisation with getting the access fob to building. The apartment was not ready, the towels were still wet and in the laundry. The apartment is in a great location for transport the Southbank, and the city. It is spacious and has lots of potential. However, it was not that clean, especially the bathroom. Small clumps of long hairs everywhere, mould in the shower, cracked bench tops, there were cockroaches in the kitchen. It was poorly equipped, no cleaning cloths, no spray for surfaces, no dishwashing liquid, no rubbish bin, only half a roll of toilet paper (for an 8-day stay). We got some of these items when we asked for them. But there was only one saucepan, one fry pan, both were extra-large, not that suitable for cooking for 2 people. Overall the apartment is tired and could do with a deep clean, and redecorating.

Shower tiles/grout where considerably mouldy. 3 of the 4 towels - where bleach stained and holes in them. Property was in good location and otherwise clean
