This is our go to wverytime we want to stay in the cbd, its close to everything, from food, shopping, transport as well. The staff is always friendly and helpful! Have also convinced my friends and fam to stay here and they weren't disappointed. The rooms are very clean, comfortable, has a lot of space.

Very good in the middle of the City.

You can't beat the location, close to everything you could need, free tram, sky bus, footy, food, etc. The room was a bit tired, carpet had some blemishes but extremely comfortable, loved the couch and the den, plenty of space. TV is very limited, would have been good to have access to foxtel.

The room had no balcony when i paid for 2 beds and bathroom. No washing machine or dryer in the room with an inconvenient process to go to a different level to wash your cloth and a different level to get the washing powder. You cant buzz guests to come to your apartment eventhough you have an intercome but instead they have to wait for you at level 1 which is inconvenient. The only good thing is the location. You also hear guests on the higher level jumping and playing

Well located in central Melbourne

Great central location. Probably the single beat feature. The apartments are a good size and quiet. The kitchenette is not very well equipped so dont expect it to be easy to prepare food here. We had a couple of issues during the stay which were handled fine by staff. Overall we were happy to have been here for the cost and location but it feels like the business is cutting corners a bit with maintenance and how the rooms are serviced which does detract from the experience.
