We loved the convenience of the property and the quietness even though it was located on a busy main road. The unit had a laundry which was very useful. Unfortunately the pillows were old and needed replacing. The bed was very soft. The bedding smelt musty.

The property was in a good state on arrival and was nice and clean. Only issue was that we had trouble sleeping at night. There was a noise similar to a piece of tin hitting something when there was wind and rain.

I have stayed at this motel several times, purley because of its location.Recently, I accidently booked the wrong dates for an upcoming stay. (I entered the wrong month for a three day stay.) When I tried to change the booking, I was told there is nothing they can do about it, no changes are allowed, too bad. I'll never book this motel again. From previous stays, it's way below average, staff are inconsiderate and the room service is non-existant. There are better options on Box Hill.
