I won't be staying here again! Out skiing, with another night paid for, I got a text "Thanks for checking out" and spent all afternoon trying to make contact to remedy the situation and ensure my luggage was secure. I texted, called, e-mailed... I will say, after I read the riot act, a nice woman manager listened to my complaints and I was given a voucher for dinner which helped. So at check-in the hotel was almost empty, but they put me in a room next to one of the few occupied (an employee?) that seemed to be practicing WWF wrestling slams as I tried to sleep. Constant loud banging. Then at 4:00 AM I'm woken by a droning TV. Poor management, poor communication, and poor choices, a bunch of stupid texts I couldn't reply to, an awful phone contact system are all things that should be fixed.
