Our go to hotel for sure when coming to visit! Clean rooms, big bathroom, I loved that it was tile floor in the room and not carpet compared to other hotels on the first floor. Breakfast was okay, my kids expected to have pancakes since that’s mainly what other hotels have for breakfast but they don’t. they have cereals and breads though.

Poor organization and service. The hotel was clearly full, but there were not enough staff to handle the situation. There was only one computer and one staff available for check-in, which caused a very long delay. I waited more than one hour just to check in. While waiting, the two guests in front of me were already complaining because the AC was not working in their room, which made the situation even more frustrating. Overall, lack of staff, slow check-in process, and unresolved room issues made this a very unpleasant experience.
