This was our second time staying in Pueblo Bonito and we came back because it’s always an amazing experience. Staff is amazing especially waiters in restaurants already recognized my kids and knew what they wanted to drink. Our room was upgraded to a suite and we had the best experience ever.

This was our 2nd time staying in Pueblo Bonito Mazatlan. Sofia is very kind and helpful for checking in. Morning buffets couldn't be better without Enrique and Oscar. The bar there are so many kind and helpful men including Fausto, Jesus, Juan, Guillermo, Antonio and Cruz just to name a few. Finally Isai in Cilantro's restaurant really went above and beyond to help celebrate our sons birthday. All I can say is thank you everyone for the best memories and we will return sooner than later! This is one of favorite places to visit in the world!
