This is a beautiful new Hotel. Our room was lovely and the pool was perfectly small but nice. This was the off season , so not many gringos which we liked. Many great restaurants near by. We will be back.

This hotel is in the perfect location at Centro Historico walking distance to all the main attractions. Beautiful hotel, very comfortable, very clean looks brand new. Very safe to walk around even at night. Just 1 min walk you can enjoy great restaurants and live music at Plaza Machado every night. You must try Gaia restaurant the food is delicious. To the Malecon where you can enjoy wonderful Playa Olas Altas beach just about 5 mins walk. Everything is wonderful about this hotel I highly recommend. Airport is about 30 mins drive paid $430 pesos for a taxi. No Uber or DiDi allowed at airport.

Check in for Tierra Marina centro historico was quick and easy I had no issues on arrival. You pay when you check-in. The staff is very friendly and very helpful with any questions you may have. They explain your amenities that are available during your stay. The rooms have AC, bath toiletries a blow dryer a beautiful swimming pool. The hotel itself is very modern and new beautiful architecture throughout the entire building. This hotel is very clean and fresh.This location is very safe and calm and just steps away from many historic landmarks that you must visit. You will be close to many great eateries/Shops in the area. The male staff was very kind and friendly he was a great host as was also Ximena, she was always very pleased to see you with a smile in her face. We really enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to visit soon!

My family stayed at this hotel in last Feb 13-14 2025. At that time everything went well. The staffs were kind and the room condition was not bad as it described even the property was still on progress. BUT after one month later, I noticed that they made a pre-authorized payment with my credit card. I have written mails about the problem twice. They have not answered yet. DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY.

The staff was wonderful, very kind. But the room? The sink in the bathroom had a terrible smell. No amount of water would get rid of it. There were no towel rods, or hooks in the bathroom. The walls of the room were like paper. I could hear the people in the next room have sex, as though they were in the bed with me. They weren't. No coffee to be had in the hotel either.
