"Ownership has obviously made the decision not to perform maintenance beyond a rudimentary level. Just collect whatever rentals you can until such time that you just abandon the facility. I do not in any way suggest that I would do otherwise. There are many who simply want a bed to sleep in and could care less about normal maintenance, exterior in particular. For my purposes, this facility did indeed meet my expectations at a very low price point. I can not complain as I got exactly what I wanted. But do not deceive yourself into believing that this facility is anything more than its appearance suggests…a relic of bygone days awaiting its eventual demolition."
