A happy stay

Excellent hotel. Brilliant for families. Check in was a little slow and the air con in the room was weak. Overall though the facilities are spot on with lots for kids to do. Loved the different pools and slides. Room was spacious and very clean. Would recommend highly if travelling with young children.

The rooms felt a little outdated and could benefit from modernisation. Our shower leaked, and the room missed a coffee table. The swimming pool required an additional charge, which was disappointing given it was off-season. The breakfast buffet was very limited the waffle and crepe machine was out of order for our entire stay, and the fruit was never replenished. Considering all of this and the price paid, I did not feel the stay was worth it.

Generally good, but went at peak season extremely busy, the hotel grounds around the hotel are very well maintained. I think the hotel needs a update. I bit worn out tbh. Food is only local cuisine does not cater alternatives. The SPA was closed, which is extremely disappointing

The costumer service was great. The hotel had many great services to offer and was very flexible for our needs. The workers where extremely kind to our needs. The food is good and there is a lot of variety to choose from. The only downside was the key situation. At random times the key would stop working.
