nice staff and good room. breakfast could be more timely. to play it safe don't plan on having breakfast until about 8:45. they were never ready at 8am

Great staff everyones was friendly and helpful, super clean rooms. Love the hotel, the only thing was the location is inside the medina and kind of difficult to get too.

We loved staying at this Riad. Perfect location, staff were so so nice and helpful. When we arrived they sat and made us tea and showed us a map and helped guide us with some touring. We really got to learn about the culture just hanging out with the staff. The Riad itself is amazing. Really beautiful and the rooftop pool is such a great bonus!

Stayed at Riad Jona for a week. The good things about the Riad, it was close to everything. The house keepers did a great job. Breakfast had only 3 days was ok. Lots of bread & little cup of fruit. We mainly on excursions during the day from early morning to late. When we came back around 6ish. There was always loud talking & laughing. If you wanted to sleep in forget it. The kitchen was right across from our room. There was no way to lock our door at night. No shower just a bathtub. We booked a guide through the Riad the 1st day. The Riad said it was $70 euros but he charged us 90. So I booked elsewhere for our week. It was a experience but wouldn’t do it again.

I only had the pleasure of staying at Riad Jona for about 10 hours total. In this time I met some of the attentive staff, had dinner and dessert and got a night of sleep. I wish I had longer, I will absolutely be back and I will definitely recommend Riad Jona to friends and family visiting Marrakech.

Really enjoyed our experience at Riad Jona--hotel was very new, clean, and well-maintained, with attention to small details and an oasis of comfort in between excursions and trips to the main square. Great location, friendly staff; only cons were related to breakfast (after asking several staff members we were able to get real breakfast foods, i.e. not just various pastries, but it took until the third day for this accommodation to occur) as well as to the location of dumpsters right outside of the main doors--having the open trash containers moved even a few meters away from the entrance would make a big difference in initial impressions and smells when walking into the main door. Overall however very positive experience and would definitely recommend/return on our next trip to Marrakesh.

I had a great stay at Riad Jona, but unfortunately what came after the stay has led me to write this review. After returning from vacation today I was informed by Orbitz that I was eligible for a free spa and I never received it from Riad Jona. After calling Orbitz to find out more information about the free spa offering, I learned that Riad Jona told Orbitz that I was offered the free spa and didn't take it. That information is totally false. In fact, I actually paid for 2 spa/hammam and massages from Riad Jona, and at no time was I informed I was eligible to receive one for free. Riad Jona actually told the hotel I was offered the free spa and declined it - which I would never do. Who wouldn't take something for free? Along with this experience, I didn't have the best check-in experience either. I checked in late around 11:30pm, and really wasn't told the lay of the land when I checked in. Even though it was late, I could have been informed at that time, more information would be available the next morning. The driver dropped us off, and we immediately had dinner. (Please note: Muhammad provided a great dinner and was excellent!) Never was I told anything about the Riad, which is customary when you check into a hotel. I was never told about the different services at the hotel, how to get around (I had to ask for this information the next day), or if I was eligible for any free offers. I will say the Riad is gorgeous - and the pictures do not do it justice. The pool and t

Booked a stay at Riad Jona for 3 couples; had never stayed at a riad so didn't know exactly what to expect. The drop off from the airport (great pickup service from airport by the way) is at the end of an alley since cars/vans can't drive up to the door. Awaiting us was a cart and bag handler to walk us to the riad. Good thing, we likely would still be wandering the old city without his help. We arrived at the riad, and from the outside no great expectations ... but once we walked in - a very different story. Great facilities, very warm and comfortable. Nicely decorated. Rooms were very nice, pool area, spa, areas on the roof were a great touch. Meals were very tasty, pleasing to the eye, and enjoyable. As nice as the riad is, as convenient to the market and souks, as easy as it is to book tours and other excursions, far and away the most outstanding part of Riad Jona is the staff. Their stated goal was to make us feel like Riad Jona was our home and they did everything to make our stay pleasant - all the while in good cheer, and smiling. The staff makes Riad Jona the absolute favorite place I've ever stayed. The stated goal was to "make us feel that Riad Jona was our home" ... leaving felt like we were leaving family. The staff was more than just staff, they became friends.

Hotel was really nice, good location (little trick to find for first timers, just as any hotel at the medina) and the staff was really helpful.

Excellent experience with excellent staff. We truly enjoyed Youssef and Lahcen.

Dear Sir, Madam, Tanks for choosing us for your stay, First of all I would like to tanks you for positive point you mentioned, I’m really happy to read that you enjoyed the decor of the Riad Jona as the pool, food and the service provided by Lahcen and Mohamed. I want to apologize about the lack of explications that you receive on your arrival. The standard procedure is when clients arrive we give them a map of the city with all explications about access, place to visit and many other recommendations, then we make the tour of the riad to show the house and finish with the check in in the room. Unfortunately maybe due to your late arrival as you mentioned, this part have been avoid. However normaly if the presentation of the city and the riad can’t be done due to a late arrival, this have to be done on the next morning after breakfast. It seems that we forget to do it and I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Concerning the « free spa » The offer you get on Orbitz include a free access to the spa, this mean that you can access for free to the Hammam, jaccuzi and pool, for example if you want to go to the hammam to relax inside without care, you can do it for free during all your stay. The offer NEVER include any care, all care like black soap, body scrubs, body mask and massage are never include in the « free access » We have been contacted by Orbitz and we explain them exactly the same that what I write to you but it seems that you didn’t get the explication. By the way it's a strange procedure from Orbitz to prevent client after their return about special offer they get for their holidays. I was more useful to get this information before depart ... Anyway as you can understand we didn’t charge you for something free, we just charge you the normal amount. Again I apologize for the misunderstanding and hope to be able to welcome you a
