The staff were rude and not helpful at all. Our kids were not allowed to use the pool, and we later heard from a staff member that the pool does not even belong to the hotel. This was very disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel.

Points positifs - Établissement très propre - Jaouad du restaurant très sympa - logement spacieux - piscine extérieure Points négatif - la piscine couverte ferme sans raison Claire - billard et baby foot non disponible - terrain de tennis non entretenu - assez éloigné du centre - taxi pour aller au centre de marackech prohibitif 300dh - personnel d’accueil désagréable - salle de sport ouverte 3 h par jour et pas tous les jours. - carte restaurant simpliste et beaucoup de plats non disponible. - les abords de l’hôtel est un vaste chantier Bref si vous voulez un appart hôtel pour famille et que vous êtes indépendants avec votre voiture ça peut être sympa.
