Loved Marquay!

We had an excellent stay at Aux Boris de Marquay. Natalie and Erik were wonderful hosts and made great recommendations for places to visit in the area. The accommodations were great, bed was very comfortable, the flowers and grounds were absolutely beautiful. We highly recommend this place even though it is a short drive to the town and surrounding castles and gardens. Marquaysaac Gardens was very impressive. We would definitely stay here again.

Imagine two of your favourite friends opening a beautiful small hotel with perfect amenities in a memorable setting and that might begin to approach Aux Bories Marquay. Five stars do not do it justice. It is now my favourite vacation experience ever. The hosts are kind, gracious and thoughtful. Breakfast is perfect in every way. The memory of breakfast in the courtyard will sustain me through the cold Canadian winter. We look forward to returning next year.

Our room was lovely with an old world feel combined with modern facilities, a tasteful restful space. Nathalie and Eric the owners were extremely hospitable and friendly, and laid on a wonderful breakfast every morning together with a table d'hote for the guests on the Monday night we stayed with them which was most enjoyable. The exterior of the property is very picturesque with expansive grounds along with a lovely pool and shaded deck. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again when we are next in the area.

Very good indeed. Very friendly, excellent breakfast, bedroom and bathroom looked New, country location near forest and 5 minutes drive from the lovely Sarlat town. We're Dutch and we chatted easily in English with the owners.

Un magnifique havre de paix où l’on se laisse porter par les conseils de Nathalie et Éric pour un séjour parfait. Ce genre de lieux que l’on souhaiterai garder pour soi tant on s’y sens comme à la maison.
