With room for 10 guests, the property includes three bathrooms and three toilets, ensuring plenty of privacy. The main house sleeps 8 in two double bedrooms and a large bedroom for four, while the garden guesthouse, La Clapière, offers space for 2 more with its own en-suite bathroom. The farmhouse features a large kitchen and dining area opening onto a private garden with stunning valley views. Upstairs, a generous 70 m² living room with wood stove, fireplace, and grand piano creates a warm and inviting atmosphere for evenings together. Guests can also enjoy the shared swimming pool, spacious terrace, and the estate's tranquil grounds for walking and relaxing. Located near Les Eyzies-de-Tayac-Sireuil, the "World Capital of Prehistory," the area offers prehistoric caves, museums, and the scenic Vézère Valley. The famous Lascaux Cave is a short drive away, and outdoor activities such as hiking and canoeing are nearby.
