Absolutely loved our stay, the house was beautiful and had plenty of beach accessories. Check in process was easy and Karen kept in contact. The home felt welcoming from the minute you walked in.

The house was exactly as described. It was one of the most stock houses I’ve rented in a long time. It had everything we needed to cook with as far as pots and pans. They had spices, coffee and anything else you needed to prepare a meal. The house was located in a very quiet neighborhood and easy access to everything Marco had to offer. The garage was stocked with everything you would need for the beach. We loved the place and will go back there again!!!

Paradise is real!

Everything about our stay at Karen and Tony’s was perfect, a real paradise right in Marco Island. The house is pristine; the location is just right for about everything you would want to do. No more than 10 minutes away; on average 5 minutes. The house has been thoroughly thought through, from decor, spacing, furniture, layout, amenities, kitchen supplies, beach furniture and extras. Our family enjoyed the house, the pool and the general beach house vibe. It was a lovely paradise. Thank you for letting us stay there.

Beautiful home - HIGHLY recommend!!

The Hosts of this property thought of everything when redoing this place!! Beautifully decorated, very clean and comfortable, even down to the gym and laundry in the garage. Pool/patio area is very nice as well, and the beach items provided were perfect. There are as ample cleaning products and kitchen supplies which is so nice when trying to cook a meal. We had friends and family visit at separate times and they all remarked about the property. Definitely one of our best VRBO experiences! Close to beach, parks, grocery store and so many fabulous restaurants.

Wonderful, Cozy, Fully Equipped, Impeccably Clean

Karen was very communicative before, during and after the stay. Check in & check out was easy. The house has everything needed to make the stay as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. Bikes, plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, floats, well equipped kitchen, plenty of towels, blankets, throws, pool, bbq, etc. The house was was very clean inside and out, well appointed and cozy. Close enough to everything, but in a quieter part of Marco. Highly recommend it.

Beyond our high expectations!

This property is fantastic both inside and out. The lanai seating and pool were perfect for our 3-generation gathering. The interior is beautifully decorated with virtually new furniture, kitchenware, bedding, and linens throughout. We were pleasantly surprised with all the “extras”…. Beach chairs, umbrella, beach caddy, beach towels, floats for the pool, bikes, not to mention a wine refrigerator! The house is convenient to everything (shopping, beaches, restaurants, etc.) and in a lovely neighborhood. Best of all, our VRBO host, Karen, was incredibly accommodating and responsive, and was genuinely interested in us having a good time. And that we surely did! I can’t recommend this house and host highly enough,

WILL STAY AGAIN!

LOVE LOVE LOVE this home! Karen was in contact with me immediately which is awesome, especially these days, not just a generic message telling us to book immediately. When we arrived, there is an easy access lock (no keys needed) in which she will give you the code to enter the home, the day of your arrival. The home is beautifully decorated & you could tell they take pride in their home & want to make sure their guests are taken care of as well! They have a little pamplet full of ALL the details needed when you visit Marco Island! We have rented multiple homes, and this home is equipped with everything necessary for a beach vacation home, and we highly recommend you stay here! WHAT TO EXPECT: - The home came with all the dishes & utensils needed for cooking (this is a big deal for us, because we love to cook at home) - A bbq out back - All the beach equipment needed (beach chairs (6 or 7 in total), an umbrella, floaties, beach towels) - 2 bicycles - Washer & Dryer - All the appropriate towels for showering & a few toiletries in both bathrooms (travel size shampoo, conditioner, lotion and toothpaste) - Board games & cards (the MarcoNopoly was a fun game to play) - Hammock in the backyard - Perfect temperatures in the pool & 2 nice lounging chairs surrounding the edge - Great little covered area for seating out the backyard under the fan (great place to relax and visit) We can't wait to return for our next visit to Marco Island & to stay here again in the future!
