Beachy-Keen Cottage on Lake LBJ; Canoe, Kayaks, Slip, Pets welcome!

Located in Granite Shoals, on a quiet cove of Lake LBJ, this quaint cottage offers a large spacious property (3 lots total on lake), with a sandy beach, open boat slip for guests, ample parking, and many outdoor hang out areas. This home has various sleeping areas: 2 bedrooms - each with king beds;1 bunkhouse room on backside of garage (YOU MUST ENTER THIS ROOM BY GOING OUTSIDE AND THE DOOR IS OFF THE EXTERIOR DECK. This room does not open up into the interior of the home)with 2 twin over full bunkbed sets. Then there is a king Murphy bed that pulls down into the dining room (can be closed off with door and curtains), and also a memory foam king sofa cube bed in the sunroom (which can also be closed off with a door). It has 2 full bathrooms, with one being en suite to the master, the other being in the hall and also contains the laundry machines. An extensive library of books, along with games, toys, kayaks, canoe, and life jackets are available for your entertainment. Both a gas grill and a charcoal grill are provided for guests. Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your holiday one to remember at Beachy Keen Cottage! Pet Policy: Most dogs welcome with prior approval and a nonrefundable pet fee of $100 PER PET. Service dogs such as seeing eye dogs, are welcome free of charge; if you have more than 1 service dog please contact the host. Emotional support dogs are welcome with the $100 pet fee. No other animals or service animals are allowed other than dogs. We monitor the property with cameras. Any dogs on the property without prior approval can result in eviction. Thank you!

The cottage is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and a dining table.
