Awesome location and outstanding virws

We enjoyed being so close to downtown and very walkable Manistee. The river walk is right outside the door and leads to Lake Michigan. Beds were very comfortable and the condo space bright and open. The condo and outside hallway were scented with fragrance products. If you are lucky while you are relaxing on the balcony you may see the drawbridge open to allow a large barge to go upriver.

Fall color tour

Great place to stay in Manistee. This is our 2nd stay at this property this time in a different unit than before. We enjoyed our stay and this is a great place to stay and will be back.

Absolutely Beautiful Place

Everything from beginning to end was perfect. Plenty of towels, beds were comfy and the unit was very clean! Loved the balcony on the river and we got to experience a freighter coming in at night and back out the next morning! Fascinating experience and unbelievably huge!! Only con was the cable kept freezing but we hardly watched it because we were out having fun from morning to evening. We will definitely return!!

Almost perfect!

The condo is beautiful and clean, well stocked. Close to downtown and centrally located for all things Manistee. The only thing holding me back from 5 stars is the inevitable road noise from being directly next to the bridge. That was super annoying and I wish we had known that in advance. Otherwise, an ideal property!

Location, location, location!

I have been to Manistee many times and absolutely love it there! We've stayed at the Edgewater Condos many times as well! This time I took some friends with me to share the beautiful town of Manistee. We all loved our stay! The condo is the perfect location for downtown Manistee and the Riverwalk. It's also wonderful to watch the boat traffic from the patio of the condo. It was a clean, comfortable, and well-stocked condo! Check-in process and communication with the manager of the property was easy. I won't hesitate to stay there again!

Great getaway

We have stayed at these condos before but enjoyed this listing with the 2 bath option as sometimes that is needed following a day at the beach. Property was just as listed. Great location right downtown, central to all that Manistee has to offer, my boys love the view of the boats coming through the bridge. We will be back!

Beautiful condo & proximity to downtown. Only issue to mention is the traffic noise. Definitely pack earplugs or a white noise machine. Also bring regular coffee & filters for coffee pot!

Perfect location

Very nice condo in the perfect location for our stay. It was a bit noisy with the bridge traffic but overall not too bad. We have stayed at this condo building before but on the top floor and the traffic noise was much quieter. The only other real dislike was the layout of the living room. The TV was in a very poor location so we had to slide the TV stand over so we could properly view it while sitting on the couch/sectuonal. This was not a huge issue however since the only time the TV was on was so we could watch a couple football games. Overall, for the price this condo was excellent and we would stay here again.

Location a positive and a negative

The good: The location was awesome! Brewery located next to the parking lot, steps from the river walk, easy short walk into downtown. Close to several restaurants. It was nice having 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Condo is cute. The furniture placement was arranged for easy conversation for 4. It was nice to have a regular coffee maker vs a pod style! It was cool to be right on the water and see the fishing boats go by! The bad: the location. Traffic from 31 was diverted over the bridge that was right next to our condo. It was loud inside the condo - all night. This is not the condo owners fault in any way but you need to be aware and bring ear plugs. As others have mentioned, more plates and glasses would be nice. I know there’s a dishwasher, but it seems silly to run it for 4 coffee mugs. A screen on the slider out to the deck would be a welcome improvement.

Good location, needs a restock and review of management

I thought long and hard about this review but due to the nature of my stay (and expense) I am opting into reviewing honestly. The location and decor of this rental is lovely. However I would not recommend this rental for a stay with a family/if plan on using the kitchen to eat in. This rental should be ashamed of their kitchen. There were five plates for the whole unit. Five. This required us to manually wash the dishes every night. Basic essentials like a can opener were not existent (didn’t work). Additionally, the floors were not cleaned on arrival. Our feet actually turned a different color because of how dirty the floors were. Everything else was ok.The reason why I also don’t recommend for families is because the one bath did not have a functioning drain stop. We had to purchase one on our own expense in order for my children to take a bath. Additionally the owner suite shower had no bath mat and no shower liner.The biggest disappointment was the property managers responses to the issues we experienced. While I don’t fault them for the issues, their response was completely unacceptable. Upon arrival, we didn’t have hot water. It was resolved the next day but their first response was “we had renters in the unit today and they didn’t have any issues”. Like he doubted us. There also was a bat that got into a vent - I don’t blame them for the bat getting in but the response was “we’ve never had critters”. I had to take a video to prove myself. Really disappointing.

Very nice condo in Manistee

We loved staying in this condo! It was beautiful, very clean, well furnished and comfortable. Great view of the Manistee River. (Could have used something to hang towels on in the second bathroom, though) We ate at North Channel Brewing Co and at TJ’s Pub. Would recommend both!

Great location in Manistee!

My husband and I recently visited Manistee for the first time and found this property to be perfect! It was clean and comfortable. The location was right on the channel so we could see any boats that went by, which made for a pretty unique experience. We were just a few steps to the downtown area and a short drive to other restaurants outside the downtown area. We will definitely use the property this next time we visit Manistee; it is quite a gem! Stacey

Fantastic vacation

This condo is exceptionally nice. It’s very warm and welcoming. Had everything you would need for your stay. The location is walking distance to great restaurants and quaint shops. Lake Michigan and the lighthouse were 10 minutes away. Sitting on the balcony and watching boats go by was so relaxing. We even saw the freighter which was amazing. It’s a short drive to neighboring towns that have great restaurants and shops as well.

Great location!

This property was exceptionally clean with a modern decor. Location was perfect! Right on the river and a block from town! Sitting on the deck, you can watch the boat traffic on the river and maybe see a freighter! We did! Highly recommend!
