I arrived at the property a couple of hours early and put my luggage in storage. After I checked in I went to get my luggage. They told me my one bag was on hold for security. It had been there 2 hours already. The bag was small and was my CPAP machine. That is the only thing in the bag. I had to argue with them and they held me for 15 minutes and could not tell me what the problem was. Finally without doing any further checks they told me just go ahead. CPAP machines are common.

The Solaire Resort Parañaque is definitely a 5 Star hotel. It’s got a luxurious ambiance. The service is excellent. Our room’s spacious, clean and over looking the bay. The gym’s world class. The staffs were helpful, friendly and attentive. The restaurants were nicely presented and food’s delicious although it took longer to be served.

Dining at lucky noodles took 35 minutes for meals and appetizer ordered was still not ready but tried to serve the meal , so appetizer order was cancelled. Need to request for each water refill. Felt ignored. Requested for a booth was told none available although we can see there were few available and most table were empty. Paid cash and more or less 10 min later no change returned so just left. Otherwise food was good!
