If the management of this nice hotel works on the working staff training especially the guys in the kitchen- I mean the cooking team , and consider some how dealing with the price levels - both in special events like the Chinese new year event , and the food prices, they can win great leaps forward . The fact that the Fairmont stands out, should not automatically means exploiting the situation to unbalanced levels. Please take my feedback positively to get better market share and ahead. Cheers

I have stayed at the Fairmont Makati exclusively for the last 5+ years, every year. I have lived in Manhattan my entire life and find this hotel to be not only a luxury hotel, but one that keeps on top of everything that is important - customer service/friendliness, eco-friendly, even the largest vegan menu I have seen in a hotel. Everything is focused on the hotel guest having the best away-from-home experience.

Had a wonderful stay at the Fairmont Celebrated New Years at the Roof top with all the fireworks Breakfast buffet was excellent and dining staff are always very inviting. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful Mr. Frank (concierge) was very helpful in assisting us on our tours. The tour guide he recommended (Marvin) was fantastic. Our hotel transfers (Nino, Abby) were excellent. We are very grateful to the staff of the Fairmont !!!

Shout out to the hotel staff who worked tirelessly during the holidays even on Christmas Eve/Day. I will add more details later for this review, but I want to say that this hotel is great for providing Mall Entrance to Landmark and Glorietta. There is a small learning curve for navigating the undergrond path / parking. I wish they offer free breakfast, they offer it for a discounted fee but for the amount we eat during breakfast (or dinner), we decided to skip the offering because of the usual queue in the dining hall. Love the welcome fruit, and stylish water bottle, as well as free parking. Will add to this review later...
