My modern three-bedroom, 3.5-bath home is located in a gated community with a mountain view in Lacolina Subdivision, Marikina Heights, Marikina City. It is 5 minutes away from Circle Mall, Ayala Mall, Robinsons, and Resorts. The interior is very modern, having been built in 2019. Fully furnished with everything you need. It has a fridge, rice cooker, washer and dryer, parking space, kettle, microwave, water heater, AC, and a full kitchen.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 3.5 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine and an ironing board.
