Upon check in the queues were long and as id checked in online I joined the VIP queue. A member of staff assisted a guest for around 15 minutes, leaving the desk to obtain info but never acknowledged my presence or advise that I could join the standard queue. I decided to move into the other queue, by which point, all the other guests behind me had checked in. Lastly, I was informed that I just needed to give my room number and show my card to obtain a discount at the restaurant. The restaurant refused to provide a discount as the membership number wasn’t printed on the card holder.

Room was very dusty. Light shades and where the mugs go. Like it hadn't been used / or fully dusted in a while. Big bed and modern tv to cast to. Paid to upgrade to premium....was it worth it? Probably not.

We upgraded to a business class room with lounge access and breakfast. Stay was as expected nice room and bed, slept well as it was quiet as the room was at the end of the corridor. Breakfast was self service with good selection
