The bathroom was poorly designed and maintained. The toilet would not flush, even after advising the staff. The tub leaked when showering. The tub was difficult to enter and exit because the safety bar was installed at the wrong end of the tub - out of reach!

We chose this hotel due to it's close proximity to Terminal 2 for an early flight the next morning. The hotel accessed via the skylink with The Station positioned at one end and the Terminal at the other. We only had a quick drink in the bar and the friendly staff convinced us to have a rather delicious pizza. The adjacent restaurant was busy and the food looked decent. The room was perfectly appointed, and the queen size bed was very comfortable, so make sure you set and alarm or you might miss that flight. The TV had basic channels but, unlike some recently, the ability to stream from a device was a simple process. The price was slightly higher than I would have liked but the room did feel premium and we were heading off on our honeymoon so we didn't mind. Finally, as long as there is no bill to pay, check out was as l simple putting your key in a post box at reception. Overall, a great experience.

My (premium) room was lovely and well priced. The restaurant and pub were convenient and offered a variety of options and good food. Staff were very helpful regarding train transit and the station was an door 2 minute walk from the hotel.
