Villa Amelie is a charming place, perfect for short or long stays; we offer all the amenities with international standards. It’s located just 5 blocks from Central Park, close to Xalteva Church and the Old Hospital.

The apartment is located in a very safe and quiet neighborhood; it connects easily to the main city attractions. The Villa is a brand new construction, modern but with a personal and welcoming touch, the space is inviting and once you stay there it will become your favorite place in town.

The Villa has a full equipped kitchen, 43” flat screen tv in the living room, TV in the bedroom, King size bed, Sofa bed, A/C, hot water in the shower, 70 mgbps internet, cable. Guests have access to the pool and BBQ area.

Home away from home

I lived here for 2 months while volunteering in Granada. It definitely fit my needs - comfortable self contained unit with kitchen, not directly in tourist zone, 10-15 min walk to restaurants, grocery stores & market, pool, reliable wifi, good fans, quiet location. AC in living room and bedroom, and hot water but i didn't use them. Amelia was very responsive when i was asking questions and getting organized, and Nora did a great job with cleaning and even had a propane refill delivered within 15 min when i ran out while cooking dinner. This unit is in a complex with 8 others situated around a central pool. While i was there it was generally quiet but this could vary depending on neighbors. The pool furniture (not controlled by Amelia) is not at all comfortable to sit and chat or read. I see myself staying again in the future.

Nicely done ground floor 1bdrm unit in a quiet secure location. Easy walk to center city.

Nicely finished 1bdrm unit in a gated complex with a pool. Near center city without the noise of being IN center city. Staff is very friendly, would stay here again without hesitation.
