It was so so noisy during the day

My room was right next to the swimming pool and there was a Dutch family that just took over the pool from 7am. I mean it is not their fault, kids will be kids and people will make noise by a swimming pool. Just understand that this is not a quiet or relaxing hotel

Three stars out of five. Property is about 10 minutes walking distance from city center. If you are driving, there is free parking at the Asarte restaurant & Grille next door, by the way, the restaurant has excellent food at reasonable market prices with an excellent service. Note, the restaurant is not part of the hotel but they have an agreement so you can park your vehicle free of charge if you are a guest at the hotel. Now, I will mention a few things they need to improve that you need to know as a traveler before making any reservation at this hotel: 1. There are only 16 rooms & 6 are on the second floor, stairs are very steep and steps are of different highs making them very dangerous for the elderly, pregnant women, kids or if you have any physical impediment. 2. If you are traveling with kids or need to keep your medicine refrigerated, there was not a single refrigerator nor microwave in the three rooms we stayed at. 3. If you have allergies, like to dust, make sure you request, before hand, to have the room extra clean. Our three bedrooms were all dusty. 4. Pool, make sure to check the pool clarity in the morning if you plan to be an early bird, since they turn off the pool filtering system during the night and turn it on around 8:00 am. 5. There was lack of maintenance, very noticeable, in our three rooms. Make sure the door & windows close and lock well before leaving your room. Overall, the staff was great with an excellent service.

Great place to rest or stay and explore Granada. I was only there for two days as stop before my flight but it provided everything I needed. There is a restaurant next door which is really good and they have a private parking lot which was very convenient

Very happy with our stay at La Posada Del Sol.

We stayed two nights and were very happy with the experience, a great value for the price. La Posada is well located 3 blocks from the main square and the restaurants. The rooms were basic but clean and we enjoyed a dip in the pool after a walk around sunny Granada. All in all a good choice on this price range, oh yeah and they are pet friendly.

Great Granada

Coffee and breakfast was authentic and yummy. Room clean, no bugs at all :). Swimming pool very refreshing. Employees were helpful and friendly. When walking to city center, better to turn right immediately for one block then left toward city center and walk on a nicer, shadier, wider sidewalk. We did the boat tour and really liked it.
