The elegant and newly renovated apartment offers on approximately 55m² 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and a bright living room withcomfortable sofa bed, stunning lake views and balcony with built-in BBQ.

Residence Garden has a beautiful heated outdoor pool with a large panoramic terrace (garden furniture and loungers are available), a ping-pong table and table football.

The complex is nestled between flowering Olander at about 500mt above the lake. By car you are in 5 minutes in the center of Malcesine. From the complex, you can walk on the panoramic road to Malcesine or Brenzone or take other excursions on Monte Baldo.

Ein wunderschöner ruhiger Ort

Die Ferienwohnung liegt wunderschön im Olivengarten, oberhalb Malcesines, genau wie beschrieben. Es ist ein sehr ruhiger Ort, weit vom touristischen Massenzentrum entfernt. Somit ist es sehr ruhig und erholsam. Wir hatten einen phantastischen Blick auf die Ostküste des lago di Garda und unglaublich schöne Sonnenuntergänge waren vom Balkon aus zu sehen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Anbieter war etwas schwierig, da unsere emails teilweise sehr spät beantwortet wurden. Aber es war alles in Ordnung, und wahrscheinlich sind wir nur zu "deutsch" in diesem Punkt. Die Vermieterin haben wir nicht kennengelernt, doch Hussein, der Facility manager, war immer da für uns, falls es mal etwas gab. Er hat uns mit den Schlüsseln zur Wohnung empfangen, hat uns alles Wichtige erklärt und stand mit Rat und Tipps zur Seite. Vielen Dank an dieser Stelle an ihn. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß, es ist alles da, was man benötigt. Gewünscht hätten wir uns etwas weniger antikes Reinigungsmaterial, der Besen hat schon bessere Zeiten erlebt, und Tücher, um Bad und Küche zu reinigen wären auch gut vor Ort gewesen; die mussten wir erstmal in Malcesine kaufen. Ansonsten war es sehr schön. Wir haben wunderbar geschlafen, die Matratzen sind sehr gut und nicht durchgelegen, und uns sehr gut erholt. Alles in allem hatten wir sehr schöne Urlaubstage an diesem schönen Ort. Der Pool ist genauso schön, wie auf den Fotos, die Wohnung so aus, wie auf den Fotos. Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen. Grandiose Aussicht und toller Pool

Die Wohnung war in einem frisch renovierten Zustand mit guter Ausstattung, neuwertigem Bad und Balkon mit wirklich grandiosem und beeindruckendem Ausblick auf den See. Wunderschöne, gepflegte Außenanlage mit vielen Olivenbäumen. Vom riesigen, sauberen Pool kann man entspannt auf den Gardasee blicken und das Panorama genießen. Wir haben uns wunderbar entspannen können 😊. Lediglich das WLAN hat nicht gut funktioniert. Das war für uns aber auch ok. Wir hatten eine wundervolle Urlaubszeit und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Sehr schön

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in der Fewo. Wir wurden sehr freundlich vom Hausmeister in Empfang genommen. Schlüsselübergabe total unkompliziert. Sehr schöne Fewo-wie auf den Fotos- mit einem super Ausblick. Der Hausmeister ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder. Vielen Dank!
