The Residence Kormorano in Malcesine is a magical place where you can completely relax from the very first second! Surrounded by a large park with olive trees, the complex offers 2 tennis courts with lake view, a pool with lake view, a children's playground under the trees, a BBQ area with picnic tables and a large car park. The flat itself impresses with its fantastic view of the castle of Malcesine and northern Lake Garda. Thanks to the large window front, you can enjoy the fantastic view as soon as you wake up. The flat has an indoor dining area and an outdoor dining area on the lake-view balcony. The living area with large window front and lake view offers a double bed (160x200cm), dining area, TV and access to the balcony. The bedroom has 2 single beds, which can also be pushed together to form a double bed. All sleeping areas can be completely darkened.The kitchen is separate and equipped with a cooker, sink and fridge as well as all the necessary cooking utensils. The daylight bathroom has a shower and WC. Malcesine can be reached on foot in less than 10 minutes and the cable car to Monte Baldo is 400 metres away! The nearest restaurant is located directly in front of the entrance to the complex. There are several supermarkets in Malcesine.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Wohnung mit tollem Seeblick

Die gesamte Wohnanlage ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und bräuchte mal einen neuen Anstrich, liegt aber wunderbar ruhig gelegen umgeben von unzähligen Olivenbäumen. Die Altstadt ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar, keine Viertelstunde entfernt. Der Pool ist sehr schön, top gepflegt und war während unserem Aufenthalt fast nie frequentiert. Den hatten wir quasi für uns alleine. Die Wohnung selbst liegt im ersten OG, war sauber, hat alles was man braucht, und einen sensationellen Ausblick auf den See und die Altstadt samt der kleinen Burg. Parken war ebenfalls kein Problem, es gibt genügend Parkplätze auf der Anlage. Preis Leistung ist also völlig in Ordnung, und daher von uns eine klare Empfehlung.
