2:00am ceuling leaking
On August 12th our family of 4 arrived at this VRBO iloftmalaga flat prepared to vacation there for three nights (August 12th to 15th, 2023)
On the evening of the 12th our kids, hubby and I went to bed about 9:00pm so that we could get an early start to our first full day in Malaga on the 13th. Unfortunately at 2:00am we were woke by water pouring from the bathroom ceiling. The water leaked all over our bathroom toiletries and saturated the floor. We called the owners and waited for 45 minutes for them to arrive to check out the problem. The representative who came said they may need to move us to another flat. The water slowly stopped leaking that night, but we had very little sleep after such an inconvenience. The next day a repairman came to check the problem, we were given the option of having the repairman come while we headed to our reservation at the Picasso museum or stay while the repairman was there. I didn't want to miss out on our reservation and told iloftmalaga they could come while we were gone, but my husband felt very uncomfortable with a stranger being in our space so we lost our Picasso reservation in order to be there while the repairman came. I immediately communicated to iloftmalaga that we would like a refund for the first night that was very disruptive and a great inconvenience, but they dodged my numerous requests to come to a fair understanding.
