The room was very very hot. Aircon was switched off and there was no window to the the outside for fresh air. We could not change the room because the hotel was full. So we did not sleep for two nights. we were told by reception that these rooms tend to be the ones assigned to Hotels.com bookers

Staff, room and hotel were all 5 stars. Our only issue was the constant sound of banging door. After traveling for over 12 hours we just needed sleep and it was nearly impossible

Good hotel, across the road from the Market. Quiet at night and ni distance from Centro Station from Airport. Comfortable room excellent shower. Spanish Continental Breakfast was lovely. Dont know why thet do english bacon and egg not b warm.

The hotel is in a great location and is to high standard and decor. That said it’s probably one of the hardest events I’ve ever slept on and one of the smallest rooms I’ve ever stayed in. My asessment is based on the fact that I think the hotel was a little disingenuous. It was an extremely warm room and the air-conditioning did not work apparently because it had been switched off at the mains. It was too hot to sleep.

The service was excellent. The front desk helped with directions and stored our luggage for us. The breakfast had a lot of variety and was very tasty. The rooms were clean and the air conditioning was quiet. We stayed for 5 nights and I would definitely stay here again when in Malaga.

I waited quite a while for my room. The front desk clerk ask me to wait a few seconds which they turned into long minutes. Then I realized she was walking out for the day and her shift. Without acknowledge that I was waiting for her to accommodate me. Finally I got the keys of my room to my surprised the room was dinghy and the hallway didn't have a good smell. No ventilation at all.
