This delightful annexe has one king-size bedroom with en-suite shower room, along with an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area and an external utility and sun room. Appliances include an electric oven, electric two-ring hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, washing machine and tumble dryer and for entertainment there is a TV and WiFi. Outside, there is designated, off-road parking for one car and a garden with gravelled area, lawn and furniture. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Sorry, this is a pet-free, smoke-free property. You can find a shop in 0.7 miles and a pub in 0.3 miles. Note: There are steps between the parking and the property. Note: Guests will have access to the garden room on the other side of the owner’s property. A romantic escape to Kent, choose Paddock View. Please note: Children are not accepted at this property.
