Bathroom had rust in the wash basin and black stains all around. Toilet had mould inside. Bath tub was blocked we had to request help from cleaning staff. We think these issues were old and the booking staff were aware of it we were given this room 108 deliberately.

One night stay in a deluxe family room

Another lovely visit. The girls enjoyed the facilities, and we all loved how friendly everyone was. The rooms were immaculate, with comfy beds. The breakfast was again, lovely and such a variety.

The room looks tired and worn. The towel holder next to the sink fell off, the carpet has stains, the lights don't let you just use the bedside light its all or nothing (if you are sleeping on the RHS if lying on the bed) people leave empty food trays and bags along the hallway that looks untidy.
