Loved the sunroom

The house is very cozy and the sunroom is a big bonus. I also loved the big back yard that leads to the lake. Very nice place to stay.

Great in every way!

Courtney has put a great deal of though into making your stay relaxing, comfortable and stocked with essentials. It’s very clean and spacious with very comfortable sofas, chairs, and beds! The kitchen has all the essentials you’ll need, including lots of spices. It has a great view of the lake tributary from the patio deck outside or from the sunroom that runs the full length of the back of the house. Large trees to enjoy the shade. We enjoyed kayaking, and used the paddle board. The corn hole pad they’ve got is great fun too! Lights for outside ambience at night. We didn’t use the fire pit but it’s a great added feature. Great area to walk or bike the streets and enjoy the neighborhood. Courtney checks in to make everything is okay and was quick to respond when one set of lights didn’t work due to power outage. It was an easy fix. Loved our stay and we’ll be back.

This is your vacation getaway

We absolutely loved this property. Grew up in the same neighborhood and lived there for years. This is one of the best VRBO I have ever stayed in. The host was wonderful to work with. I HIGHLY recommend.

Wonderful lake house getaway

This sweet lake house was even better than expected. It was perfectly clean and the host had provided everything you would want or need to fully enjoy the stay. The house is perfectly decorated and has every comfortable of home including a fully stocked kitchen, bathroom necessities such as fresh toothbrushes and nice toiletries, fluffy comforters, and a nice smell greets you when you arrive. The closed in patio is nice for morning coffee with a view of the lake and there is a large outdoor area with activities if you want to partake. Courtney was quick to answer any question we had and made the experience so nice. My daughter and I will be back next time we go to Canton!

What a beautiful place!

Could NOT have wished for a better place!!

Amazing and responsive host, warm, inviting, and spotless!! So glad we chose this Vrbo… we picked based on proximity to my daughters Gun Barrel City house. We are returning because we absolutely loved the space! I especially liked the sunroom, felt like I was outside without being out in actual heat of the day. Cortney is the Best!!

Birthday get away

Absolutely wonderful home, owners, and location. We had 4 friends join us one afternoon to celebrate my husband’s birthday and they also loved the house. We floated in the canal and kayaked and paddle boarded to the lake. We will return.

Details Matter!

I have stayed at many VRBO properties over the years and this is #1 on my list for the attention to all the details that made my Mom’s stay comfortable. We normally rent something larger, to fit our family of 10, but this time it was just my Mom and me with my daughters visiting. The size was perfect! It felt MUCH larger than the square footage listed in the description!!!

A spectacular getaway

If you're looking for peace and solitude topped off by stylish and comfortable surroundings, then this is it!! This place is a true gem from top to bottom. We enjoyed our stay here so much on our very first family ladies' trip and this adorable home provided everything that we could ask for. We absolutely love the ability to sit on the dock, fish and take in the outdoors plus have to use of the fantastic, enclosed patio room when it was raining. You cannot go wrong here! Thank you so much for such a wonderful place!

Attention to details

We’ve stayed at mini vacation rental location and this one supersedes them all by far! Courtney has given careful attention to all the little details. Decorating was in keeping with the theme of the property and we found the rental to be clean and very well stocked with everything we needed from condiments to water to bug spray.

Relaxed to the Max

This was a nice & cozy spot, perfect for my boyfriend & I to have a relaxing getaway. I informed Courtney that we were celebrating a belated birthday & an upcoming birthday, and she surprised us with a cake & balloons. The house was very clean & had everything that we needed. Although the house was nice & comfortable, we spent most of our time outside on the backyard deck, by the firepit and on the deck by the lake. Courtney reached out to us to make sure that our stay was going ok & to let us know to reach out to her if we needed anything. We will most definitely be returning!

First Monday & Relaxing Girls Trip

This home and property manager are amazing! Decor and cleanliness of the home is fantastic! Decor is perfectly, light and relaxing. The home had all the amenities we needed in the kitchen and was not over crowded with unnecessary items, making what we needed easy to find. Anniversary getaway

Everything was brand new in the home and loved the small but loaded kitchen with plenty of counter space. We spent most of our time on the back deck just enjoying our stay.
