The carpet was torn. The room vent was not clean. The bathtub was very slippery. As soon as I opened my door to go to the elevator, there was a stench that was so terrible, I almost threw up. The trash cans are a safety issue and need to be removed. I rereported the smell issue to the front desk, and they immediately sent someone to spray the area. Very friendly staff.

And I often stay there on my way home from work and then traveling nurse there for I’m gone 10 days at a time and come back for 10 days at a time and I like to go there on the weekends and they always put me in with a balcony, which I love And they’re nice people so overall it’s a great day and there’s a pool laundry and a lot of stuff to eat around even a movie theater right across the street

I booked a double queen bed room and was given 1 king bed room. When I showed the lady she kept saying that's what we do but I will go ahead and give you a free upgrade to queen bed and then wanted to charge me $20 for my friend who came in with us that was only there for maybe 2 hrs max.

Alright place for the money.

It was alright. There was a dirty pair of socks under the chair from the last person that stayed in the room. Cigarette burn holes in the comforter and a yellow stain. At check out, I brought the burn holes to the front desk attention and she stated that she new about the burn holes when she make the bed previously. Someone a few doors down had a dog and when they would leave - dog would bark continuously. Hot tub was not very hot at all.

Nothing is taken care of…. The outside is dirty and unappealing, the walls on the inside are all chipped. Our room didn’t have any table, the chair that was in the room was filthy, the dresser had a small tv on it but if you laid in bed it was so short you could barely see the tv. The towels were so thin and small I thought they were hand towels, I’ve seen better towels in a high school locker room. The breakfast was pathetic, waffle batter (a dirty waffle maker) pieces of wrapped bread, milk and some cereal. The pool was not kept up, my husband cleaned the filters so that the bugs got sucked out. The only thing that was half way decent was the sheets were clean and we probably would’ve slept ok if there weren’t people slamming doors and screaming down the halls at all hours of the night. I would’ve cancelled my reservation and gotten a different hotel if I had to stay there longer than I did. Thankfully it was only for a couple of nights. I would never stay here again, this place needs a lot of work.
