Amazing stay.

It was ready amazing to arrive to a place I did not expect to be that spectacular. It was simple, neat and well presented. The only observation I have is that there should actually be a double bed in one of the rooms, if it says so in the booking. Pulling two single beds together to form a double bed was so uncomfortable. Other than this, it was a very awesome experience and one that I look forward to experiencing again. Amazing.

Great getaway

Great spot to relax, away from the hustle & bustle, but close enough to head into the nearest town or city if needed. The accomodation itself was clean, spacious and generally kitted out with everything g you need. The site was nice to walk around and has an Aldi opposite the entrance, as well as being surrounded by woodland, for those who enjoy nature. Would definitely come back if staying in the Limburg region

Disgusting place..

My family and I recent stayed at europacs in Brunssum. This overall experience was dismal. The hotel staff was unprofessional, the room was disgusting & dirty. I will never make a reservation for Europacs, if I have another option. Examples of our experience 1. Curtains were falling down upon arrival. 2. The Cutting board had foods on it (and mold)/ Both bathroom floors and bathtub had hairs / bathroom smelt of urine. 3. Upon check-in we entered the guest house and discovered no towels were present. I called the front office but no one answered. Eventually I drove to the front desk to ask for towels. Service delivered 2 towels with mold. I requested different towels, in which service let the same towels by the front door. My husband , and two little kiddos had to share on towels. . 4. Dishwasher not working good. So I have to hand wash all dishes. My husband eventually fixed the washer. 5. One of bathroom shower water temperature was erratic. Temperatures fluctuated frequently. So all my family members have to take a turn for shower. This is worst place I ever stayed. I have stayed in Asia, North America and Europe, this was the worst experience. I’m very surprised this place is still in business.

This campsite suited us for a weekend in Landgraaf. The accommodation was a little pricey and very annoying that the price quoted on Expedia didn’t include any extra items (deposit, linen, cleaning). In fact we paid almost double the quoted price after all these items. The booking experience was painful as the only way to pay was to make an international call to pay be credit card (which is why usually use Expedia one stop book!). All emails were only in Dutch too. Our friends paid exactly the same price and their chalet was far superior to ours with a lovely canopy, private garden and seating area - in comparison ours was very basic. The chalet was fairly clean but for 50 euros cleaning fee I expect more - I left the apartment cleaner than when we arrived and still had to pay the fee. The shower was rusty and had mould on sealant so our daughters refused to use but it was functional. Had I paid the original price I would have been happy however due to the price increase I didn’t feel it was value for money albeit a lovely location

It was a nice property just disappointing cleanliness. No towels in the room when we got there. There was trash and crumbs all over one of the beds. Only one roll of toilet paper.

Cottage, perfect for families

Large comfortable wooden cottage with modern amenities. Quiet, panoramic restaurant on site but not open on Mondays or Tuesday. Well situated in the middle of Brunssum, close the the Brunssumerheide and various hiking trails. Deposit required which will only be giving back 2 weeks later, and not on your credit card. Highly recommended.
