Bit like a Premier Inn, you know what to expect

Generally I enjoy staying at this hotel. However, it bugs me they use disposable shower gels, cups etc. The hotel looks pretty new and I a quite, comfortable place to stay. It’s part of the football ground, so idea if you’re going to a game. Standard breakfast buffet type arrangement. Oh, it also has a mega climbing wall! Be nice if they vacuumed the rooms too. Not overly dirty, just in need of more care when cleaning

Staff were not helpful, moved the reception into the restaurant so we’re queuing to check in, in a busy restaurant. Had dinner in the restaurant 2 nights, had to get staff attention for more drinks, was not taken care of. Room was average, bathroom needs updating, air con didn’t work and beds were uncomfortable.

The rooms dont have heating. The outside temperature was -2 degrees, so we could not spend the night there. We had to get another hotel. We did not stay there. Can you please refund me the night that I pay?

Blev bedt om at vente, da vi kom med vores kufferter for at tjekket ind - det var mere vigtigt for for ham, der stod i receptionen at tælle kassebeholdningen op !! For derefter at begynde at pjatte med sin kollega!! Vi stod nok omkring 10 min førend vi allernådigst kunne få lov til at tjekke ind. Extrem blød seng - og et badeværelse der skriger på afkalkning !! Morgenbuffeten var ok.

Het hotel ligt naast Fortuna Sittard op een industrieterrein, in hetzelfde gebouw kan je bowlen en klimmen. Vlakbij een supermarkt en ongeveer 5min rijden van het leuke centrum. Qua accommodatie en wat aandachtspunten. De familiekamer en wellicht alle kamers zijn erg gehorig. Je kan echt alles horen, de voetstappen, wat je buren tegen elkaar zeggen zelfs een stoel dat naar achteren wordt geschoven. De badkamer in de familiekamer lijkt op een douche gelegenheid op de camping. Ik denk dat daar echt een upgrade anno 2025 nodig is. Voor een camping is dit prima maar als hotel zijnde kan dit echt niet. De topper van het bed was te groot voor het bed maar lag prima. Ontbijt was prima. Qua klantvriendelijkheid/ service denk ik persoonlijk dat daar wat meer aandacht aan besteed kan worden. Een goedemorgen als je naar het ontbijt gaat/ toekomt. Receptie die in de avond niet bereikbaar was per telefoon en je zelf daar naartoe moest lopen. Tafels die niet opgeruimd waren nadat de gasten klaar waren met het ontbijt. Dit zijn kleine voorbeelden maar denk wel erg belangrijk.
