This hotel is in an excellent location near Centraal Station and easily accessible to the city. The hotel staff were responsive to messaging and check-in was smooth. The room is very small so would benefit from a few hooks on the walls to help manage belongings in the small space. There was no bath mat to step on. I wasn't confident the bedspread and extra pillow were clean as they had stains and were poor quality material so I just removed them. Overall with a few tweaks this is a great budget hotel.

You will have to ask for them to sweep the floors and give you more soap.
The water was very hard to deal with when showering. It would go from boiling hot to freezing cold, even without touching the knobs.
The breakfast is nice and the location is very central.
