It was located in a good area and had nice amenities like a pool, bar, and good menu of items at their rooftop restaurant (the kofta was fantastic). This is an average looking hotel, but there are aspects which are five star....the staff, the service, the attitude, the hospitality, the welcome. I've been travelling five months through South America and Europe and this hotel was the BEST one I've stayed in. They bend over backwards to serve you and to make you comfortable. It was wonderful. There is also a rooftop pool, restaurant and bar with a fabulous view of the Nile and the rows of Sphynxes. The food is nutritious and tasty and very cheap. Best service I've experienced. Like having a home away from home

The Front Office & Housekeeping team are the best. The breafast buffet spread is definitely wholesome. The Hotel Manager is friendly and helpful with simple requests from guests. The only issue is the tepid water in the shower. If you're not expecting a 5-Star luxury, this property will meet your expectation. Im definitely planning to return here in the next few months.

The room and bathroom was extremely dirty. When we checked in they made us pay more money even though I've already paid. At night we couldn't turn off the lights without removing the key so we had no power to charge phones over night either

I stayed at this hotel in Luxor and was not satisfied with my experience. The main issue was cleanliness: the room did not feel properly clean, and both the sheets and towels had an unpleasant smell. Breakfast was basic, though some of the staff members was a bit friendlier. I recommend that management focus more on cleanliness and improving the overall guest experience.

Hôtel bien placé pour ce qu’il y a à visiter mais dans une rue où on t’alpague directement à la sortie de l’hôtel. Chambre pas propre avec vieille moquette taché et déchirer. Personnel gentil et aidant. Le rooftop est parfait on peut prendre l’apéro et on y mange bien. Nous n’avons pas utiliser la piscine car fraîche pour la période où nous y sommes aller mais certains autre voyageurs s’y sont baigner
