Had a great stay here! Spent two nights and, as a solo female traveler, felt safe and comfortable here. It was located in a good area and had nice amenities like a pool, bar, and good menu of items at their rooftop restaurant (the kofta was fantastic). They also offer laundry service and massages, or can arrange rides for you

I stayed at this hotel in Luxor and was not satisfied with my experience. The main issue was cleanliness: the room did not feel properly clean, and both the sheets and towels had an unpleasant smell. Breakfast was basic, though some of the staff members was a bit friendlier. I recommend that management focus more on cleanliness and improving the overall guest experience.

This is an average looking hotel, but there are aspects which are five star....the staff, the service, the attitude, the hospitality, the welcome. I've been travelling five months through South America and Europe and this hotel was the BEST one I've stayed in. They bend over backwards to serve you and to make you comfortable. It was wonderful. There is also a rooftop pool, restaurant and bar with a fabulous view of the Nile and the rows of Sphynxes. The food is nutritious and tasty and very cheap. Best service I've experienced. Like having a home away from home

The Front Office & Housekeeping team are the best. The breafast buffet spread is definitely wholesome. The Hotel Manager is friendly and helpful with simple requests from guests. The only issue is the tepid water in the shower. If you're not expecting a 5-Star luxury, this property will meet your expectation. Im definitely planning to return here in the next few months.

The location is great, friendly sevice. Free breakfast was great. $32 USD for 2 persons with free breakfast is a bargain. Nice view from the top floor to the city, the Nile river.

Odamız pisti, odadaki ürünler 30-40 yıllık denecek kadar eskiydi. Ayrıca oda pencerelerinde ses yalıtımı yok, gece tüm motosiklet seslerini duyduk. Odada su bulunmuyor. Resepsiyondan su almak istediğim zaman yarım litre suya 50 Paund istediler. Sabah kahvaltıda manzara güzeldi ama orada da suyu parayla satmaya çalıştılar. İlginç bir durumdu anlam veremedik.
