Comfortable beds. Nice rooms. Price a little high for the time of year. The morning breakfast was alright, it could be better for a Choice Hotel. The pool was advertised as closed online but when I checked in I was told the hours of the pool. May want to keep that updated as that is something people look for when choosing a hotel.

Disappointing

Brought my grandson down for a visit mind u it's a 5 hour drive for me to get to Ludington choose comfort inn because of the indoor swimming pool. Come to find out pool is down for maintenance I mentioned to front desk they suggested I go to best western and swim as they own both mind you it's 14 degrees out and I should drive down the road to swim and then get back out in 14 degrees weather soaking wet to go back to the hotel I booked with a pool. I asked for 2 extra blankets was told there was only one blanket left in the building as the were booked up although there were only 7 cars in parking lot at 11 pm very disappointed in my stay and the treatment from the front desk with my concerns

Terrible stay

We were woken one morning by a family placed above our room. Children were jumping off of the bed and running through the room causing so much aggravation and zero relaxation. The hotels way of fixing this problem was making us move rooms and then placing a family in the room directly next to us throwing a birthday party and was anything but quiet or respectful. When calling to ask for a resolution the front desk assumed moving us once again would resolve this. We did not move and the problem proceeded leaving us to have to leave the hotel for a good amount of time just for some peace. Obviously choosing elsewhere to stay moving forward.

Quality in everything. I will remember this place as a place to come back to..comfy mattresses..nice temperature control..great pool and hot tub...game room and breakfast..front office staff were very professional and accommodating

I liked the hottub, but my swimsuit started out purple and black and ended grey and white, in 5 days, the pool is warm enough to swim in, clear water but things floating and peeling paint. I liked the cookies in the evening and the breakfast on the weekends included biscuits and gravy, needs a tiny bit more diversity in the food offerings, however. Customer service wasnt bad, but wasnt great either, will probably go to Holiday Inn next time.

Worked well for what we wanted. Reasonagble price, although we were there off-season (New Years Eve/Day). Rooms generally comfortable, although due for a refresh. Nicer T, which was good for football. Maid Service helpful. Breakfast not a big deal - had waffles (a plus), otherwise not exceptional. Ice machines needed work.
