We enjoyed our stay at Drei Könige, friendly and welcoming staff at reception, we were provided with a transport pass for our stay, which I appreciate! The room was as pictured, room temperature was just right, the bathroom was nice and spacious, and the breakfast was excellent! Highly recommend this place!

The hotel staff were very friendly and Nathalia in particular went the extra mile to make sure our stay was comfortable and we knew all the local attractions. Our stay was really good. We got a bigger room with the view of the mount Pilatus. We had some issues in our room on the first night of stay but they were all promptly resolved the next morning. The breakfast had a good variety. All the staff were very pleasant and polite. They gave us good suggestions on travel to visit the local spots. The hotel was very close to the busstop that goes to the central and is in a 5min walking distance to the chapel bridge/old town. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for stay over here.

We enjoyed our stay in Luzern and the Three Kings hotel. The room was good standard, but would have benefitted from Tea and Coffee facilities. Staff were helpfull and the breakfast plentiful.
