Perfect house for special visit

We stayed in this great home for our son's graduation from Tech. It is a perfect location, and provided space for extended family to be able to stay together and have plenty of room. Highly recommend!

Highly Recommend!

Stayed here for my nephews ring ceremony at Texas Tech. The property is exactly as described. Very cute, updated, and CLEAN! Very comfortable couches, beds, pillows, towels, etc. The owner was also very communicative and left very easy check in and out instructions. I will definitely consider staying here again for future Texas Tech events.

Annual family outing

The property was conveniently located in a residential neighborhood near the TTU campus and medical facilities. The interior has been renovated and was in excellent condition. Very clean and comfortable place to stay. I would definitely recommend it

Medical School Graduation!!

Thrilled to once again stay at this wonderful property! We were here in March for our son’s Match Day in March and immediately booked the property again for Commencement! All was (again) as advertised and accomodated a nice small gathering of about 12 people after the ceremony! Slept 7 with ease! The dual Master’s Suites was perfect for us and our parents-in-law’s. Can’t complain about one thing! The owner was the instantly responsive to the very few questions that we had. We look forward to our next stay in Lubbock and plan to stay in the same property again!

Texas Tech Graduation

It is an older looking home outside but has been updated nicely inside and excellent with the cleanliness throughout the home. It is well stocked and incredible entertaining area when you walk in. There are tv s in every room and WiFi was great. He back yard is awesome in size and has great grill and table/chairs to enjoy.

Great Place/Location

Great house. Plenty of rooms and very spacious. My family really like the area and it was so close to Texas Tech. Our daughter graduated from TTUHSC School of Nursing on May 3rd, so it was perfect. The host was also very accommodating with specific requests! We will stay here again.

PERFECT ACCOMMODATIONS FOR OUR GROUP

We are a traveling medical team (7 total) and we needed 4 bedrooms & 3 baths......this house fit our needs perfectly. Although all we did was sleep at the house, there's a nice backyard where you could BBQ and play cornhole games. Nice, big kitchen to enjoy a great meal.

Match Day Weekend

Our son is completing his 4th year of medical school at TTU and this was Match Day Weekend for his upcoming residency. We were very happy with the property and location and it’s very obvious that the owner has put a lot of effort into updating the inside! We were very comfortable and the owner was almost instantly responsive to our very few questions! All was as advertised! We will return to the same property (already booked!) in May for graduation!

Super cute and clean Lubbock home

This home has a great open floorplan with primary suites at each end of the home. House is very clean and well decorated with plenty of seating. Perfect place for two families with children.
