AVOID! You will not have a room when you arrive.

We arrived at the property and waited well over an hour for a representative of the guesthouse to arrive. By this time many other guests had arrived and were trying to check in. When she finally arrived we were told that she did not know what Hotels.com was and that she had never confirmed any reservations. Meanwhile a young girl that was with her was holding print outs of our reservations showing Hotels.com Save yourself the trouble and stay at one of the many other guesthouses in Luang Prabang.
