The villa 'Vivenda Júlia e Tavares' in Vilamoura has been a beautiful and comfortable setting for family holidays and gatherings with friends for the past 35 years. The impressive 345 m² property, accommodating up to 10 guests, consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms (2 with en-suite bathrooms and 2 sharing a bathroom), and an additional guest toilet. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning in all bedrooms and the living room, a washing machine, dishwasher, and Smart TV. Two baby cots and two high chairs are available upon request.



You will enjoy a very spacious private outdoor area with a pool, garden, 2 open terraces, a balcony, barbecue, and outdoor shower. The poolside area offers views of the neighbouring golf course. The property is located in a quiet area, about a 20-minute walk from Vilamoura Marina and a 30-minute walk from the beach. A supermarket can be reached in about 5 minutes on foot. There are 3 parking spaces on the property, as well as free street parking. Families with children are welcome. Pets are not allowed. Wi-Fi is suitable for video calls. Excellent short break

This villa is amazing. So much space. Lovely big bedrooms. Two beautiful on suites. The garden and pool are just perfect with a lovely bbq area to enjoy perfect family nights. I really can’t fault this place and the host was amazing as well. Quick to reply with any questions and a smooth and easy check in.

Very Poor Experience

I booked a short stay at this villa with my wife and children. The photos and description of the property looked great. Unfortunately we arrived to find the property was being marketed for sale - this was quite upsetting. The villa had an ant infestation with vast amounts everywhere in the villa. The host arranged to sort the issue however, the solution was to place ant repellent powder all over the villa. With two children, this solution was unacceptable and potentially dangerous. After one night, we had to move out of the villa and arranged to stay at a hotel. The host has refused to offer a refund

Vilamoura Vacation

We are 2 couples from Canada. Stayed in the Villa for 2 weeks in February. It is a lovely house. We love to cook and it had a very well stocked kitchen. The location was perfect for visiting many areas of the Algarve, and was also a nice walk into downtown Quarteira and the harbour. The outside seating areas were fabulous and we used them as best as the weather allowed. Some challenges with the house the first couple of days were dealt with by our host Joana. She responded quickly and solved all issues we had. I highly recommend this villa and would stay here again if back in the Algarve area.

Perfect girls holiday location

This is a really lovely, spacious villa. It’s clearly been a home, not just a holiday rental . The owner was really helpful and when we had a problem she responded really quickly and had it fixed the same day. The welcome gift was a lovely gesture.The villa is in a nice quiet area a 20-30 minute walk to the marina but Ubers were reasonable too.
